About the Role

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quality Assurance Analyst at Switch. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for performing quality assurance activities and ensuring the overall quality of our software solutions. This includes conducting manual testing, creating test cases, and identifying and reporting defects. The role is located in Sydney, NSW, with the flexibility for some remote work.

Essential Requirements of the Role

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Experience in quality assurance and quality control processes Proficiency in manual testing and creating test cases Knowledge of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include:

  • Sitecore Experience
  • Experience with automated testing tools
  • Knowledge of Agile development practices
  • Understanding of web technologies and databases
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Certifications in quality assurance or testing
