Payment Processing Systems

In order to provide a more flexible range of payment processing options for our clients, we have developed a cost effective manual processing system on top of our existing automated, but more costly real-time processing system.

FOXTEL iQ

Real-time Credit Card Transaction Processing

Using this method, your customer's credit card details will be verified using an online payment gateway in real time. If the credit card is valid, funds will be automatically transferred into our clients nominated account.
Advantages - Fully automated system.
Disadvantages - Monthly subscription fee + transaction fee.

FOXTEL iQ

Manual Credit Card Processing

Using this method, your customer's credit card details are encrypted and securely transferred to a payment processing system for manual processing by your staff via an EFTPOS terminal or similar system.
Advantages - No ongoing costs.
Disadvantages - Manual System, invalid cards must be followed up.

Order Management Systems

Recognising that their is a lot more to e-commerce than simply processing a payment, Switch I.T. has also developed a number of Order Processing Systems. These systems provide the following features:

  • View all pending orders and flag orders for processing.
  • Generate customised Packing Slips for each order to be attached with the shipment.
  • Flag the order as processed and automatically send a notification email to the customer informing them their order is on it's way.
  • View all archived orders.

On top of these features, any additional functionality required by the client can be added to the system.
