This module allows our clients to attract and retain customers with professional-looking opt-in email announcements and newsletters. Among other things, this systems allows your staff to easily compose professional emails, target different customer segments with personalised messages and track the effectiveness by measuring the number of mails that are opened and the links your subscribers follow.
If your target audience is spread across multiple languages, our Multi-lingual module allows multiple language versions to be maintained from a central system and automatically updates each version of the web site. One implementation of this module for a law firm in Hong Kong maintains a site in English, Traditional and Simplified Chinese from a single source.
If you have a public messageboard on your web site, chances are you will require the ability to administer that messageboard by editing and deleting offensive or irrelevant posts. Our SwitchBoard messageboard administration system makes this process easy.
Our Performance statistics and reports feature alleviates the need to buy a separate web site traffic analysis package or service.
