Established in 1982, Symes Warne & Associates Limited is a Licensed Dealer in Securities and a registered Life Broker. One of the largest and most respected firms in the Illawarra, Symes Warne manages over $300 million dollars of both individual and corporate funds.
Symes Warne & Associates approached Switch I.T. to develop a Client Billing System that would automate their current manual billing process. The system was required to seamlessly and transparently integrate with the existing application and maintain a consistent and familiar interface to minimise staff re-training.
In close collaboration with Symes Warne & Associates technical staff, Switch I.T. developed a system that automated the entire billing process, at the same time adding new functionality giving staff much greater control over all aspects of client billing. To minimise overall cost and complexity of implementation, elements of the existing system, as well as software already owned by Symes Warne was utilised.

The implementation of the billing system resulted in a much more efficient and accurate client billing process. The automation also meant a reduction in human interaction, therefore reducing the likelihood of errors in the system. The share price import facility also ensured that all financial data represented a more accurate market value.
