After successfully developing solutions for a sister company in Sydney, Switch I.T. was approached by Arculli and Associates to develop a comprehensive web site and Content Management System.
During the planning and design phase, Switch I.T. worked closely with Arculli and Associates staff via our Client Extranet. This system allowed Switch I.T. staff to post design revisions, get feedback from Arculli and Associates staff, then post a modified version based on this feedback and suggestions. Although considerable geographical boundaries existed, this web-based iterative process allowed Arculli & Associates staff to provide feedback in almost real-time, drastically reducing the approval cycle.
To facilitate in-house maintenance, Switch I.T. also integrated it's SwitchBack Content Management System into the web site. This intuitive system gives Arculli and Associates staff the ability to modify any page content of the web site, add/remove/modify staff members and publish large searchable law-related publications in a full WYSIWYG environment.
After a successful launch of the web site and the continued publishing of content by Arculli and Associates staff, Switch I.T. was approached to add complete multilingual support on the web site for both Simplified and Traditional chinese to cater for the huge Asia Pacific market.
