After recognising that medical practitioners in rural areas have fewer opportunities for supervised training in workplace and health assessments, the Australian government approached Switch I.T. to develop an interactive eLearning solution to help bridge the gap.
Affectionately referred to as WHAM, the online course allows any practitioner to register online, take the course, submit their results and discuss issues with their peers.
The system was officially launched at an Australia-wide teleconference to an extremely warm welcome from the Australian medical community.
