After a great deal of planning and collaboration with The Comedy Channel about the aesthetics and functionality of its new look Internet presence, Switch I.T. is happy to announce The Comedy Channel web site has officially launched.
The web site features many innovative features that not only provide up-to-date programming information, but also provide current and potential viewers with an array of value-added online services. With features like Australia's largest and most up-to-date comedy gig guide, an ever expanding, customer maintained jokes database, a comedy related games area, monthly competitions, and a sophisticated e-commerce and inventory management system, the web site has received an overwhelming initial response of positive feedback from staff and viewers alike.
A fully customised Content Management System and announcement publishing system was also developed to enable staff to maintain all areas of the web site in-house. The simple, intuitive interface meant no staff training was required.
