In an ongoing relationship with Toyota, Switch I.T. was approached by the Sales & Marketing’s Business Support Services (BSS) division to develop and maintain an online feedback capture and reporting system.
Switch I.T. delivered the required technical infrastructure to capture user feedback and generate intuitive, dynamic reports. Preliminary feedback from Toyota has been very positive and the reporting facilities were so intuitive that no staff training was required.
