Clients have the ability to track the development status of a project from its conception to completion on a real-time basis. The client views design and code modifications as our developers make them, providing a superior project feedback loop and ensuring the development of the correct product.
When a client makes a job request through the Client Extranet system, it is automatically forwarded to the developer or project manager responsible for that client. If a requested task has been completed, a client may approve the solution developed, or request modifications.
Clients and Switch I.T. staff have the ability to submit comprehensive bug reports via the extranet. Following the submission of a bug, the extranet maintains a detailed log of it's tracking, fixing and approval history. This system ensures that all problems with the system under development are completely fixed before any public launch.
